Engagement – Social responsibility

We have a long history in Finnish industry, and today we are about 270 professionals at Reka. Our goal is a safe and efficient work environment, where the physical, mental, and social well-being of our personnel is taken into consideration. We develop our business practices in cooperation with our personnel, occupational health services, officials, and experts.

A safe working environment

By investing in our operations, we ensure that the production process continues to run smoothly. We keep disruptions and risks at the lowest possible level. We perform risk mapping for each factory and department regularly. Our occupational safety system has been certified with the ISO 45001 Standard.
