Reka by Nexans fire-resistant FlameRex product range enables the construction of a safer environment. During a fire, the FlameRex cable continues to function thanks to the non-flammable, isolating mica tape wrapped around the copper wires. The amount of smoke generated during fires by these cables is low, as is their ability to spread fires. They are also halogen-free. FlameRex cables are especially suited for use in systems where the cable must continue to function even in the event of a possible fire.
