Reka Cables moves product development laboratory to Keuruu

Reka Cables moves its product development laboratory functions from Hyvinkää to the Keuruu factory by the end of October 2016.
The laboratory will include modern facilities and equipment for testing plastics, fire and electricity. Main focus will be on testing related to product development.
One person of the current testing laboratory will transfer to the new facitilies in Keuruu. In the first phase the testing laboratory will employ three full-time laboratory specialists.
With the transfer and centralization of its testing operations at the Keuruu factory Reka Cables will be better able to respond to intensifying competition and challenges brought about by the difficult market situation and new building regulations.
